Ideas
TV Schedule Updates as RSS
The Radio Times already publishes a nice page of TV Schedule Updates :-

But no RSS feed :(
Not an innovative or even very interesting suggestion, I admit.
But too useful and easy not to implement, surely?
Yours hopefully,

Actually I think an RSS feed would be very useful indeed.
This could support the creation of applications that can create schedule listings tailored for individuals or themes.
From say an rss feed of BBC1 schedules you could repackage to provide a listing of all sports programmes in the next 7 days, or a list of you favorite programmes.
Although currently there are some web page schedules like BBCPrime for instance, as web pages they are difficult to access as you need to find the link and navigate to the page and then its slow and awkward to read the schedules for the days ahead.
I would envision that instead applications could be created to run from the desktop that could access an RSS feed to present thet data in a much more accesible format, or it could be accessed via an intermediary web service that could pre-process the feed in some way.
